That's why we're now working with MyParcel: this way you choose which carrier delivers your order, and you can track every step of the way to your doorstep. Our shipping costs and delivery times remain exactly as you are used to from us.
Shipping costs and delivery times
Netherlands: standard €7.95; Free from €200 Delivery within 1 to 3 working days
Belgium: standard €9.95; Free from €200 Delivery within 2 to 5 working days
Germany, France and the rest of Europe: standard €12.95 Delivery within 5 to 7 working days
Our standard delivery time is 2 to 3 working days. For some products, a different term applies; you will find this clearly stated on the product page itself.
Multiple items ordered
Do you order multiple items with varying delivery times in one package? Then you will receive everything bundled, as soon as the last item is ready; in that case, take into account the longest delivery time. Do you prefer not to wait that long for a certain item? Then simply place it in a separate order, and you will receive that item separately and faster.
New: shipping via MyParcel
Good news for those who like to stay in control. Through our new collaboration with MyParcel, we will now deliver your order even more personally. You choose: DHL or PostNL. At checkout, you decide which carrier delivers your package. Handy if there is a pick-up point around the corner, or if you simply have a preference. You track: clear and in real time. As soon as your order leaves, you will receive a clear track & trace link. This way you know exactly where your package is, until the moment it is delivered to you. This extra freedom of choice does not change the price or the delivery time: they remain the same, regardless of the chosen carrier.
Unexpected delay
We do our utmost to deliver every package to you on time. However, a carrier may sometimes experience delays beyond our control. Thanks to track & trace, you can still keep track of your package yourself.
