Delivery time
The standard delivery time may vary for certain products. If a product has a different delivery time, it will always be indicated with the product itself.

Ordered multiple items
If you ordered multiple items with different delivery times, please use the longest delivery time for the entire order. If you don't want to wait longer for specific items, please place a separate order.

Parcel point
If you choose delivery to a parcel point and don't collect your package, it will automatically be returned. We paid the shipping and return costs for you. To resend the package, you must pay these costs yourself (€6.95 in the Netherlands / €8.95 in Belgium). Otherwise, we will automatically process your package as a return.

Delays may occur due to carrier handling. Unfortunately, we have no influence on this and we appreciate your understanding.
