LUOTO climbing arch is a multifunctional children's furniture. It's designed to supportactive play and diverse development of gross motor skills, coordination, balance, and strength. Climbing fulfills children's natural innate need to learn new things, and learning to climb is a great way to become physically active and build children's self-confidence.
As mentioned, LUOTO also has many other functions besides climbing. It can be used as a rocking chair, play fort, baby gym, goal, children's table, toy storage, or even a side table!
When turned upside down, the LUOTO climbing arch functions as a rocker – perfect for little pirates to travel in or to use as a dreamy sleeping nest. For this use, we recommend purchasing the KAURA cushion , which makes using the arch as a rocker safer and more comfortable.
Besides functioning as a climbing arch in its original arc position, LUOTO can also be used as a play fort, a goal, or a baby gym. Cover it with a blanket and place a pillow (like KAURA) underneath to create a play fort, or hang sensory elements from some of the upper rungs to create a baby gym. In its arc position, LUOTO also makes a perfect indoor soccer goal or a target for just about any game and fun the kids can think of!

The frame of the LUOTO climbing arch is made of sustainable birch plywood , and the rungs are made of sustainably sourced aspen . The KAURA cushion is made of 97% recycled fabric (84% recycled cotton, 13% recycled polyester, and 3% cotton – Standard 100 by Öko-tex) and is filled with 100% recycled EcoSuperSoft filling (may contain individual down feathers).

Please note that the birch colour option of the LUOTO climbing bow is treated with a pure wax to enhance the natural light tone of birch wood.
The KAURA cushion is currently available in a sand colour.

LUOTO climbing arch is a multifunctional children's furniture. It's designed to supportactive play and diverse development of gross motor skills, coordination, balance, and strength. When turned upside down, the LUOTO climbing arch functions as a rocker – perfect for little pirates to travel in or to use as a dreamy sleeping nest. For this use, we recommend purchasing the KAURA cushion , which makes using the arch as a rocker safer and more comfortable.
Besides functioning as a climbing arch in its original arc position, LUOTO can also be used as a play fort, a goal, or a baby gym. Cover it with a blanket and place a pillow (like KAURA) underneath to create a play fort, or hang sensory elements from some of the upper rungs to create a baby gym. In its arc position, LUOTO also makes a perfect indoor soccer goal or a target for just about any game and fun the kids can think of!
When turned on its side, with the arch's backboard facing up, the climbing arch can be used as a table. Place it against a wall to serve as a side table, or combine it with a small stool to use it as an activity table for children to paint, craft, and play.
If you turn the arch on its side so the board faces the floor and push it against a wall (or another LUOTO arch), it becomes a toy storage unit. Great for large stuffed animals or for pillows and blankets!
